Tach jumping = Ignition switch issues.

      have you looked into that?

I had a similar problem ..and it turned out..it was my ignition switch.

I would take the ignition switch out of the other car you have...and put it into the one thats giving you hassles.

be sure to take the negative cable off FIRST...dont want to blow that 50A fuse.

      keep me posted Terence!

To some people, a car is a car. But to people like us, its so much more than just a car. Its a getaway. Its our hiding spot. Its our comfort. Its an extension of ourselves.

check your ground from battery to fender the negative ground. This happend to me before due to corrosion on the cables and the ground snapped off. I replaced the cable and it turned on. Also try resetting ECU by taking off the negative terminal of the battery and wait 15-30 secs and put it back on. Try cranking to see if it turns on.
