    OOOOooooo k .. Nother Problem ......

Went to dinner tonite .. came back out .. and I see that my lights are on ... oops .. how'd I forget that ??
Oh no wait .. they're just my brake lights !!! wtf ??

Anyone experiance *this one* in the past ??
I was told by slowassacord .. to check the brake switch under the dash .. right above the pedal itself ... it could be sticking ?

Ok ... and if for some reason, that doesn't work ?

I'm havin a horrible month ... I want football to start already!!
    ug

    Thanks folks ...

look around the foot area on your driver's side and see if you find the remains of the blue plastic plug that goes on the brake lever.

There are these stupid plastic plugs that the brake and clutch switches press against. Well after time they just fall apart and the result is, brake lights stay on, car won't start (no clutch signal), and cruise control won't engage.

To fix it lay down under dash look up in there and find the brake switch, you'll see that it is now poking strieght threw a hole in the lever where the plastic plug used to be. Just get a penny with some epoxy or other durable glue and glue it over the hole.

First of all .. CB7Tuner members ROCK!!

Izan: awesome pics man .. perfect !!
Jose: unreal .. simply blew me away when I looked down on the carpet .. and yep ..there it was this lil blue thing, broken .. with a sharp lil point.. annnnd .. another lil blue thing right next to it. I think Burleigh even suggested that himself, you guys .. all of you .. this whole past week.. have been right there .. on the spot .. I cant begin to thank *all* who helped enuff...

Yesterday I worked 12 hours strate .. stayed at work after, and decided to clean my CB7 .. since I did the engine bay
the *other* day when I had the starter prob.. thought I'd go for the whole shizzola .. and give back some of that luv .. heheh ...
wellllll ... I go to leave and now I got this RPM fluctuation .. as low as 500 .. to the point that it wants to die ..
then.. back up to like 1500 ...
I'm freakin out already .. first the starter .. then the brake switch .. now what ?? After the spiffy cleanin I gave her and she
acts likes this ?? And to think .. I was gonna take her right around the corner and vacum the Kikoman outta her on the way home.
Really glad I did'nt vacum btw .. cuz then I'da read Jose's post and been more pissed at my self .. but annyywayy .. I find this Link ... http://www.hondapitstop.com/accord/t...le_adjust.html in a post that I did a *search* for .. wow .. THATS where the idle adjustment has beennn >>? Damn ..
I've been lookin for that part for years .. lol.. I did like David says .. but .. there was *no* change in my idle whatsoever ..
Wuts it mean when I did like David says .. and umm .. I get no response at all ?? Notta .. nuttin .. nix ..When it was opened before I *adjusted* it .. the two *indents* were at nine and three o'clock ... I turned it both ways with no response at all .. .the car had been sitting all night as well .. however .. no *fluctuating rpm rev* ..when I ran down the street and around the block .. idled fine at like 900 .. here we go again ..
lol *intermittent* issues ?? GRrrrr ..
I turned it both ways .. no diff .. I did however leave it at a more *counter-clockwise* setting .. like somewhere around 8-2 ..
drove around again . no diff .. i *did* notice tho .. that I got more of an immediate and better response when just stabbing
the accelerator.. where as when I turned it back to 9-3 .. there was a very slight *delay* or *bog* at 9-3 .. I left it adjusted to
            the better respone at 8-2 .. we'll see ...

Thanks alot guys *again* .. lol *search really is a friend ..

            A Hui Hou !!!!!!
