Haven't driven my car for about 6 months, maybe longer, but I'm finally getting ready to go ahead and put it back together. Before I stopped driving it (tranny went to shit, shifter kicked out in 2nd and 3rd) the timing was off, and it ran like shit. Just want to know if the F22 is an interference motor, because if it is, then I likely have bent valves. Any help would be much appreciated.

Guess I have to pull off the head then. Shouldn't be too hard since the motor's out of the car. I can only hope I didn't bend any valves. Good thing I picked up an extra head just in case.
