    Carb Performance Mods?

Does any one know of any ways to get more power from the F20-A3 engine. I have purchased a filter and exhaust, although I am having trouble in mounting the filter (on page 3) does any one have any ideas?
Thanks and any appearance mods will be helpful.

mmm.... Nitrous... Yeah, baby! You could port and polish the head, or the F22 Camshafts should all fit. But, without going deep in to the engine, you are stuck with camshaft, nitrous, turbo, Super, or intake manifold.

Could you provide me with the bore and stroke of your engine? I'm interested to know if it uses the same 9.0 compression ratio pistons as our Vigor/2.5TL engines. Which reminds me. You could use a Vigor throttle body, which is a little bigger than the Accord and bolts on nicely.

      Bore and Stroke

The Bore and Stroke is 85x88. And has a compression ratio of 9.0:1. Standard it only produces 110 hp yet I previously had a 3rd gen accord with 98hp. Yet I feel that my old car was faster. What sort of power do you think I will make with a filter and exhaust?

        what about a f22b jdm?
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

might as well get an engine swap, nah....

but you could at least think about dual webbers, and some special cams. I don't think the f22 cams would work at all. I could be wrong on that, I'm not very familiar with that particular motor...

It's basically just a destroked F22... I haven't seen any real differences between the 2... I'm only about half finished tearing the F20 apart but it seems identical as far as I can tell...

Well dang then... Just put a USDM or JDM f22/h23 crankshaft and the matching rods in with your high compression pistons. Probably make a 30HP increase... Maybe more with a good cam...
