First off, my car is f22b swapped with no power steering hooked up. There is fluid in the res and the lines are somewhat looped into eachother, and the outer tie rod ends are brand new.

There seems to be an excess amount of wheel shake coming through the steering wheel, and its not just when I brake (in fact, its worse when im not braking). Theres a noise coming from both sides of the front end that sounds like ball joints, and the passenger side squeaks if you push down on the fender. I just replaced pads and rotors about two months ago and everything except the lower ball joints is brand new. Any ideas what the hell is going on???? Thanks guys

I dont think the shaking has anything to do with you having no p/s, are your tires balanced? Have you done anything to your suspension lately? And it could also be as you mentioned your ball joints or tie rod ends making those noises.

3. Check bushing wear
