HELP Please! Car cuts out, possible fuel issue?

My bro has a stock 93 10th A.E. The problem we have is the car cuts out after about a two mins of running, if sat overnight. After it cuts out it won't start back up again, it gets spark because it starts like I said, also it was tuned up a few months ago. The fuel pump does prime but you can faintly hear it. It is probably not a main relay/ fuse problem because I do have power to the fuel pump. Also, ignition system/ distributor works as it should.

My question is, is it possible the fuel pump is on its way out and is giving out low psi/ very little gas? Does this sound like a fuel filter problem?

Let me hear your feedback, if you ever experienced this or think you can help us. I need this car going asap. Also if the fuel pump needs to be changed, is it necessary to drop the tank or can i access it through the trunk behind the back seat.

      First of all

Your getting spark, so thats out
Your fuel pump pumps, does it pump enough to hit the injectors?
When was the last time he changed the fuel filter?
Your not supposed to hear the fuel pump pump like badass, its supposed to be quiet and it dies down on acc mode before start up
      Do you have good compression?
How much pressure is in the fuel rail?
Your could start your car without a main relay, ive done it.
      Is your battery fully charged?
      Does your car crank?
Is there gas in the gas tank?

btw you dont need to drop the tank, its below the rear seat.
      miss my turbo cb7
