cylinder head

does anybody know which bolt sequence on removing and putting cylinder head with out messing the head up someone posted this 9 3 1 5 7
8 6 2 4 10 but i dont understand i know is x pattern but where do i start from out in or what any help

remember to remove the bolts 1/3 turn at a time, until all are off.
