you need to get your dvom or power probe and check for power and ground. follow your diagrams. if you need the factory honda prelude manuals with wiring diagrams pm me with your email address and i'll send it to you. i have it in pdf format. but you should be able to use your haynes and follow those diagrams cuz you probably used your factory harness and unless you re-wired the whole car it will be the most accurate. however the factory honda manual has troubleshooting flow charts that would help you out and describe step by step
