no spark what so ever

s.plugs are good and wires
new battery
new starter as i was told when i bought it was brand new
distrubutor is unknow guessing it is ok
og distributor
ecu wired after being cut now solder together

Your timing may be off.. make sure your car is set to top dead center

if the timing was off, he'd still have spark.

Use a multimeter to check if your distributor is getting power. If not, track down the wires to the ecu and see if it's getting power there.

Does it turn over at least?

My car was off by a hair and I had to reset it. Thats why I gave him my opinion. When my timing was off I wasn't getting spark so..
