Not sure what you mean by color coordinate to the ECU.

oki connected the colors that match but theres left over wires that dont have the same color to match up too.....so im asking if i can match up by the way their are on the plug as far as location

Why did you do that....You know the h22 and the accord harness is NOT all the same even though they might have the "same color" wire. You could have used the accord harness and hooked up 4 wires for the h22 to work.

Read the swaps sticky...Its all in there what wires to connect and how to do it.

^^correct...but just add the wires. There are only about 5-6 wires I believe to add. FYI, I went in the car and found the correct wires on the ecu harness and then added the wires with the appropriate connectors. BE CAREFUL, there are big connectors and small connectors. Look at your harness to see which size connector you need. Also, when I lenghthened the o2 sensor wires I used the o2 wires to help guide where I would route the extra sensor wires that were added. You want your wiring to look OEM not like someone was in a hurry to finish. Plus you don't won't the wires to get snagged, shorted or anything. I did not solder my wires because I felt good crimping them because of past audio work. But wrap your connections with electrical tape and by all means pick you up some wire loom and tape to make it look really nice.

wow sounds like a poorly thought out and planned swap. usually i wont even hook up the vtec, knock, or IAB (if its an lx), and just run it on the p13 at first just to test it by plugging it into the original harness. Then once I know it runs and the correct error codes show i then add the last 4 wires in a subharness and just plug them into the ecu plugs.

well since i fucked up my harness can i still reuse it but go by the location and color on the original harness or nott

Reattach your old Accord harness and follow the directions in the sticky. You've already gone beyond the point of "done right"... so just get it as good as you can now!

TAKE YOUR TIME and I can say this from experience. I started my swap in February and just started the car up for the first time the day before Thanksgiving. All those months of being frustrated and wanting to just be finished did pay off. I had one check engine light but that was because I did not have a o2 sensor. I installed my o2 sensor and no check engine light. 9 months of work paid off. TAKE YOUR TIME.
