h22 spits and sputters

hey guys i got another question i got a h22 swap and the dam thing spits and sputters. i am currently useing a 90 accord stock fuel pump could this be why? and what is the fuel pruessure for the h22?

Fuel pressure should be around 38 psi at idle.

How's the timing, got the firing order correct?

make sure you didn't cut any injector wires when dropping the engine!!!

it's code 22 vtec pressure switch and i just changed it out and it still does the same thing

Check your wiring, Vtec pressure switch doesn't have anything to do with the engine miss but it could be attributed to improper wiring if the same problem persist after replacing the sensor. I would check all of your ECU pins to make sure they are all in the correct place and properly seated.

okay i put the stock ecu back ion and it works fine now it doesnt spit or sputter but now it does that dam surging bs it rev up and down any one know how to solve this problem?

Check your ecu make sure its a p13 not chipped. Then check your sparkplugs,distributor, do you have the prelude injectors in the rail or the accords,make sure your wiring is correct and your timing is on point.
