    H22 dyno (pictures and video)

I just got my h22a dyno tuned, link here.

Very close to stock engine, other than an SRI, 262 cams, and a custom 2.5" exhaust system. Wanted to make a new thread for it, primarily for notice-ability. Who would've guessed there's a video and dyno chart in the middle of the fourth page of my swap page?

hehe. enjoy and don't rag on me too much for my numbers.

haha, thanks. Yeah it's a stock header, but I'm running an MRX-chipped p28.

I want a bisi header so baad! heheh

I seriously don't know how phatdoughnut pulled off 190 with bolt ons.

when are the bisi h22a headers coming out? I have only seen one prototype f22a (race) header for sale on his site and haven't found any release dates.

also why did you go with the 262 cam?

yeah the bisi h22 header is still in planning, so I'm not gonna hold my breath.

I went with the 262 cam for two reasons, both of which were related to money. First, delta cam wanted to make 262 cam (mine is a prototype). As a result, delta cut me a deal. Second, I really didn't want to shell out 500 bucks on retainers and springs, esp when the cams only cost me 300 bucks. The 262 was made to run fine with the stock valvetrain.

I'm kind of looking forward to getting a more aggressive cam in the future, maybe something like a skunk2 pro, but I'd only match that with other engine mods. Running a more aggressive cam with my engine in the state that it is currently wouldn't be a good use of money.

You're not wrong on this one.

              Those numbers are low.

You need to get your refund.

Those numbers are what stock h22's should be putting down.

I'm 95% sure he didn't play with timing. I mean, for fucksakes, look at the vtec cross over, that's horrible.

yeah i was sorta bugged by that.

Good to know though, I'm thinking before I make any major engine modifications, I'll get an s100 and go to bisi for tuning.

I don't think the program is the problem.

                  Does Bisi use Crome?

Yeah, I'd only switch to hondata cause bisi told me that's what he prefers to tune.

should have never gone to whitfields racing, or hook ups, whatever its called now. heard nothing but bad things about them. i went in to ask about their tunning and they sounded like they didn't know what they were doing.

try bisi is in chino. his reputation speaks for itself. another great tuner is aries. he is at jdmconcepts in oceanside i believe. he too is a great tuner especially for the h series

yeaaah? i've heard decent things about whitfield racing, that's why I went there.

but thanks for the recommendations, I know of bisi, but I'll look into Aries too.

jdmconcepts has a website i believe, but if anything contact bmxcansd on here and he should lead you in the right direction.
