Should go right in. The main modification was the driver side mount into the cb.

yup the only other thing you would have to do is put the f22a ecu in

You might have to play with things a bit to make sure everything lines up right. This swap is TECHNICALLY illegal, since the motor is older than the car... but in MN, I doubt anyone would care. Go to CA, and you'll probably have the car get impounded if a cop knows his stuff (or an inspection station sees it).

It's not really something people have done... though I totally approve

yeah fuck that f22b, junk junk junk. Get a f22a6 a nice upgrade for a 5th gen. Other than the mounts and using a pt6, you will need to get a header for a 4th gen followed by custom exhaust work, swap pins a6 and a11 at the ecu, and a map sensor from a 90-93 accord or 90-93 integra. Make sure when you get the motor you have the dip stick and upper timing cover. The ones from the f22b1 or 2 won't fit (well they'll fit just not bolt up). I do recommend the f22b trans, to me it seems stronger and i like the gear ratios in it. They are not horribly long but you get plenty of space in each gear, and it will also bolt up with your mount. The f22ax's are a stronger motor and have a lot more potential. This in my opinion is a good choice on your part.

Actually i don't think you need to modify the mount at all the put the "A" into the cd chassis. you need to put a washer or two between the mount and the back of the place where it sits in the body.

It has been done. DoctorCipher did it. He even did his on a 96-97.
