    Modified Mag - H22 Swap

    If anyone wants to know, the November 2007 issue of Modified Mag has a guide for swapping an H22 into a 5th Gen. Accord. It'd be pretty much the same thing as doing one in a 4th Gen. I believe. Just thought I'd let everyone know if you need a little extra help to check it out. .

    EDIT: Here's the scans in a PDF --> http://www.sean-dinner.com/H22Swap.pdf

          Its cool cuz its a major mag focusing on an accord for once

          but I still find the swap section on here more helpful

            It's just a typical magazine install highly recommending all these expensive parts like Hondata S300 for your everyday engine swap. Not to mention other things that you absolutely don't need or it will cover the most expensive way in which to accomplish a task. Magazine motor swaps typically suck. But I guess they have manufacturers to do advertising for so that explains most of it.
            My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!

              damn.. i just had the mag somewhere.. but if memory serves me right its like a "budget built" of like 10,000 dollars or something like that.. i mean the parts alone that they got were like 6000 including the engine. i mean come on man..

                You dont have to disconnect the ac lines
                I used the f22 p/s pump and line and kept it connected the whole time never had to drain or bleed.
                that fuel line bolt looks alot different then mine (--- weird

                    yea they get all into hondata and race axles, but that's all unnecessary i guess

                            "the f22 may be worth a case of beer to someone"
                            that guy can suck my balls.

                            worth a hell of a lot more. maybe the tuner mags should tune some off the map honda motors instead of the main ones all the time. might be a lil more interesting imo.
