    Clearance Issues

Just finished up an 96 h22a (jdm) into a 92 accord... after
installing my DC sports header i noticed the limited room between the oil pan and downpipe... will this affect anything... if fits nice but just way snug... like maybe 1.0-.5cm of space...

    thanks, will
    92 DOHC VTEC, bitches!

Are you using F22 Accord headers or prelude headers?

i seriously dont think it should be a problem, unless there is a big fat dent on the down pipe, if not, then i dont think there should be a problem, oil gets hot anyways.... the only bad thing i would see happening is oil getting driped on the header. but i dont mind a lil oil smell...

As long as the header is bolted to the block, you should be good. You could always take a hammer and bang the crap out of the oil pan to make clearance. However, that will probably make your motor blow up.
