Just some confirmation for anyone reading this

The timing belt for a 88 dodge caravan 2.5L DOES work.

        Part numbers:

        Napa 250132
        Gatorback 40132
        gates T132

use your stock ac pump and bracket. to use powersteering you need to get the prelude powersteering line and use the F22B pump. Just size the belt at the parts store. I can look and see what the numbers are on my belt and let you know.

alright cool so i need to go find a prelude line now

EDIT: im pretty sure but i could be wrong that the powersteering belt needs to be a 44" belt

44in. is too big. The PS pump on the F22B sits lower than on the F22A.

              I know, I tried.

Once it's in, just take a piece of string and loop it around the 2 pulley's and then measure the string. Then go buy a belt that length.

yea but i dont want to mess with it while its in the car in case they place doesn't have one then that means i would need to pay the place to store my car until the belts get in.

gates T132 has 126 teeth same as GSR T247, The only difference is the material they used and the top width on the gsr is wider by 2mm.
highly saturated nitrile(gsr) or high temp neoprene(dodge) you choose which one.

i still need to figure out what two belts i need for the powersteering and alt/ac comp. im going to be using the F22A6 ac comp obviously and im debating weather or not to use the alternator. I may take it to checkers and see if the F22B one is fine or not. but i would like to know belt sizes for both uses of the F22A6 power steering pump, and the F22A6 alternator and ac comp and F22B alternator and f22A6 ac comp. Obviously witht he F22B powersteering pump i can just match the current belt, thanks.

so why don't you put all your pulleys on and measure it while its out of the engine? or if its in the engine, measure it then.

                              This isn't rocket science.

well no obviously not but some of the parts that i am going to use are currently residing in the engine bay attached to my F22A6, not to mention i am driving it everyday right now.. I figured that since people have done this swap multiple times that i could possibly get an answer without having to wait till im putting the motor in the car and having to run back and forth to the parts store over two drive belts.. it was just a question. also i cant measure it while its in the engine bay since its a different motor and you need custom sized belts for the different parts from both motors.. all i am looking for is the size so i can go buy them and have everything when the time comes to put her to bed in the shop to do the transplant..
