sorry to hear this! i hope it's minor but keep trying and don't be a pain to him. patience is key! you can always bring it to the authorities but that at your discretion.

Hey think i'm a pretty nice person to work with but if someone is just hanging up on you after you have gave them your money or want come to the phone it kind of make hard. I even had the shop try and call he told them the same thing that he was busy to call back, if I wasn't back over in Afghanistan I would fly over there.

Ive never bought anything online worth more than 100$ from "websites" without checking there bbb report. Thats nuts. Ebay is the only exception only becuase of the security it affords you. Paypal is a great way to protecto yourself and using well founded respected companys. EVEN with ebay ill check the larger sellers with the same background check if they operate a physical location or www address.

Report them to bbb and when they get contected by bbb they will usualy fix the problem unless they dont car about bbb and in that case they are a fly by night company just stealing money and a screwing people until it gets bad enuf to bite them in the ass and they jump ship and screw everyone over who has pending issues or god forbid pending paid orders with them.

This is a great argument for just checking bbb on any company your doing bizniz wit. a $1500-$2000 motor would qualify as worth checking the company for.
