since you are converting from a automatic your stock tranny mount bracket (the part on the frame) will not work with the prelude/5th gen accord manual transmission mount or the cb7 manual transmission mount. you could use about 1/2 inch of washers on the driverside mount, or you weld the stock manual transmission bracket onto the frame and tap the tranny to work with the stock cb7 manual transmission mount, or you could wait till the auto to manual mount is made by the esp-net dude.spin city

might want to check again, i have my accord out in my driveway that will prove you wrong, also more people on here have also used the same thing, prelude mount on tranny/prelude with stock accord auto bracket.

yo i just did my auto to 5 spd conversion and a h22 swap at the same time. i also had the same problem. just put 3/8inch to 1/2inch thick washers to lower the motor off the wall and your pully wont rub.put a jack under the motor and take out the mount. lower the motor to where the pulley doesnt hit and then put the spacers and put the mount on top of the spacers. and bolt in.if you got something smart to say, guess what, i dont care.

As you said, the Prelude or 94-97 manual transmission mount will work.
It will also bolt up using the stock hole, but it will be very close to the driver's side frame rail (won't quite touch though).
You are going to need 3/8" worth of spacers on the driver's side mount, to bring the nose of the engine down so that it sits level.
Ideally, you would also redrill the hole on the tranny bracket to move the tranny mount to where it needs to be. This will give you proper spacing between the crank pulley and frame rail.
Not redrilling the hole, should still allow the crank pulley to clear the frame, but you won't even be able to get the drive belts in there.
Or, you can remove the old frame rail bracket, purchase a manual tranny frame rail bracket, and weld that one on in it's place.
Your easiest bet would be to move the hole IMO.
