    Fatboys f20b swap! w00t!

    Started on Eli's(fatboy) f20b swap today. Should be finished tomorow. Ran into acouple of problems.

    He traded me an explorer with bad tranny for The f20b swap...

    1st - we had to shave a bit off this lip on block where the water pump rests against. It wouldnt let it line up with the damn bolt holes.

    2nd - schucks gave us the wrong damn timing belt, they gave us the sohc one.. idiots.

    soldered on the obd2 injector clips onto the f22 harness, switched over the oil pressure sensor, added the balance shaft retainer, put in h23 water pump hose, gona put on h22 internal dizzy also.

    I think we spent a total of 5hrs working on taking the old f22 out and doing misc stuff to the f20b to get it preped...

    Oh and you gotta love only having 1 wire too hook up for vtec!


    Man his engine was dirty...

    I'll update with the injector clip pictures and the clean internal shot.

                  this f20b has already been converted to obd1 using h22 intake manifold. They kept the vtec selenoid the same with 1 wire because hondata/uber data can be used to turn off the pressure switch.

                        ive never ever worked on a 92-93 so i dont know jack about external plugs dude.
