    h22 questions??

    hey i have a quick question i searched and didnt really find definative answers so thats why im posting this. i can get a h22 from a 97 or 98 sh model for pretty cheap i know its obd II but what else is needed or what else do i have to do to swap this into my accord. i will be using my f22 tranny if possible.

    i hear stuff about the atts but does that apply if im using the f tranny?

    any info would be appreciated thanx

    that ATTS is not needed if you use the F22 tranny, if i was you i would buy the motor and convert it to OBO1 i think all you have to do is have an OBO1 ECU and Dizzy, for your TCU I would run your from the F22 and you shouldnt have a problem also are you auto or manual.

        Yeah I dont think you will have a problem with ATTS, and if I remember right I thought that was only used on autos, ( i am probably wrong). I did a quick search on google and it didnt give much gold. But if you use your f22 tranny you wont have a problem.

          yeah i been reading for like 2 hrs hearing diff stuff but i dunno should be str8 forward besides the obd conversion ya know

            yeah it's pretty basic still. the OBD conversion is mainly your worry but even that isn't too hard. the f22 tranny should bolt on fine. norcoaccord is on the money!

              thanx man i didnt wanna pass up this deal. and btw does any one have links to a thread concerning the obd conversion cause everytime i search it doesnt really bring anything up thanx

                did you check in the swap i know they cover how to wire v-tec so i would assume they do that if at wrost just a run obo1 p13 and youll be set and have a local swap shop redo the dizzy to fix it so its obo 1

                  Run an OBD1 p13 or any obd1 ecu compatible with a vtec motor. dizzy swap, and injectors if you want. The ATTS unit isnt all that great your better off with an m2b4. EIther way it wont work properly without using the sh ECU. Plus its heavy!!! The ATTS trans that is.

                    yea x2^^^ hey bro im in phx im also throwin in a h22a4 but i got a lot work to do still, hit me up sumtime, i got a couple buddies wit cbs and h swaps...
