    jdm f22a ecu

    hey i just put in a f22a jdm motor with stock tranny and was woundering what would be a good upgrade for my ecu a new one or get it chipped?

    A p06 will let out the max potential. IF you want to use an OEM ECU the pt6 should work just as well.

      a p06 wont let out its max potential. tuning it will. He can buy a chipped ecu, and have someone burn him a map on the chip. but, if its not tuned to his climate, or his engine, it wont run to its fullest potential.

        Well obviously tuning will but I kinda implied that in my statement. IF your chipping something you gots ta get it tuned duh!!!

          yea. sad thing is, A LOT of people dont know that. they think its some kind of ricer MOOGEN chip or something.

              nah im going to a t3 or t3/t4 setup now so i think ima just get uberdata and tune it by datalogging
