    Almost read for h22, but...

...ive had some questions about exhaust and headers. When purchasing a catback system for the h22a, should i look for a prelude system, or would my f22a system bolt up to it. ive read up on some forms here, but they werent exactly clear. also, what systems are reccomended...cause i dont want the loud rice sound that a lot of people around here have, i want the nice harmonic engine sound, ya know? i was planning on using my current aem short ram and dc 4-2-1 header that i have now on my f22. what are anyones thoughts on this setup? anyone have anything similar that they can tell me about? sorry for the questions, i just want this to be done the right way the first time, and everyone here is extremely knowledgeable! thanks

Use a 4th gen catback system b/c the prelude header will bolt up to your accord cat (in most circumstances.) I think the JDM prelude header will have to have custom work done to it to make it fit. The DC header you have on your f22 wont work on the h22. And the intake will work on the H22, but its smaller than a prelude intake which is 3".

I have an Apexi WS on my H22 and you cant even hear it at idle, only under hard acceleration and above 4500 rpm. It sounds really good. Some other systems I've heard good things about are the Greddy SP and the DC catback for our cars. Hope this helps.

I've heard really good things about the RS*R's full exhaust system. They say its more quiet than the Apexi WS.

i second getting the ws, or greddy sp(same shit)... still sounds good and low even without a cat. inside the car i cant even hear it, just the rumble from the engine. and the h22 header bolts up directly to an accord cat.

do you have to replace the halfshaft or transaxels when performin the h22a swap and how hard is it to wire and install the ecu??? im gunna buy a the motor from a local shop lsd equipped and i was wondering what some of the changes that are needed to swap the motor in a cb7.....with the mounts do the stock mounts work or will i need to cut and weld???
