      i've been trying for days. its fully bled, no air in the lines. every time i bleed it, its str8 fluid that comes out no air bubbles. my girl brings the pedal back, i open the bleeder, she pushes it 2 the floor, fluid comes out, i close tha bleeder, she brings it back up and pumps, no leaks anywhere, no bubbles from the slave(thing thats SUPPOSED to build pressure), & no pressure, what the fuck. im so pissed i could be driving her... idk what to do, theres no leaks, and when i push the pedal fluid flows fine out the bleeder i dont get it. AHHHHHHHRGHHH

        how long do you repeat the process for? it can take up to half an hour, sometimes just 5.

          dude i did it for about 45 mins STR8, and on off for another almost 2hrs. and i did it for like an hr str8 yesturday, no leaks... wtf im just gonna go to advanced tomorro and try to get another slave cylinder bullshit.


          &&& when i tried to start it tonight it just went CLICK-CLICK(on the batery) than the BRAKE light came on bright and the battery light check engine light and somethin else (cant remember) came on really dimly wtf is wrong with this thing........... my old f22 usta do the same thing.. i ran 2 ground wires on the neg to make sure its not a ground issue, i just cant win. ALso i got a new main relay so it SHOULDNt be that .....

            battery is probably in need of a jump. If it hasnt been charged for a while, by leaving the door open/door light on, it'll kill it.


            and the way you said that you are bleeding the clutch above sounded a little weird. This is the process:

            She pumps the pedal 3-4 times (put a 2x4 under the pedal because if it goes all the way down, it can start to damage the clutch master cylinder).

            then she pushes the pedal and keeps pushing.

            you open the bleeder, let the crap come out, then close it

            Then she lifts up the pedal, and repeats the pumping/ holding the pedal down.

              Ive done it tons of times on my car and I have someone pull while its closed, then push while its open. i do that repeatedly until it gets pressure. but theres no pumping in between.

              close, pull, open, push...repeat as needed without any pumping in between.

                i never heard about the 2x4 idea, if thats true than my mc is shot cuz i've pumped that bitch back and forth all the way up and down about 30,666,420 times.
                but yeah thats what i do, pump close pull open push close pump a bunch of times pull open push(fluid squirts out) close pump etc etc etc etc and nothing happnes, no leaks and no pressure

                    i used the same process for my f22 is open push close pull. That's what the manuel said to do. If your not getting any pressure than i would assume it's your slave cylinder. Curiosity makes me wonder if you tried driving the car even though it seems like no pressure. or does the pusher not push?

                      i even bought a new slave today (the firewall part that creates the pressure) that didnt work, so i swapped my f22 slave and still no pressure.........i dont know waht else to do
                      yes its always full i've gone thru alot of fluid

                      i wouldnt dare try to put it into gear, there is NO pressure, clutch is fully engaged.

                      im @ a loss of what to do, no leaks, traced the lines, no dings..
                      who needs a manual anyway

                        the thing thats at the firewall is your master cylinder. the slave cylinder is on the front of the engine, near the front mount.

                          ok

                          anybody know what else it could be, like i said, no leaks, and when i open the bleeder sometimes it flows out, sometimes it just barely comes out but all the air is def out of the lines, even after pumping for 15 mins when it should shoot out the bleeder jus a lil squirt sometimes....

                            FINEally --PROBLEM SOLVED

                            so after scratching my head for days and pumping till my arm nearly fell off i traced the lines a million times than i lastly thought of the clutch line that goes from the slave (on front of the tranny) to the O ring part that connects the clutch hose on the tranny to that line going to the slave .. figured it might be clogged or sumshit cuz i swapped my old f22 slave on there and that did nothing after buying a brand new MC, so i swapped that whole clutch line and the h22 slave back on and i filled the lines jumped in the car and BAM PRESSURE!!!! i was so fuckin happy, bled her a few times and clutch disengaged perfectly so yeah i finally got to drive her for the 1st time tonight, STTOKKKED

                            thanx for the help everybody
