HP gain from F22b head swap

I was wandering how much HP gain or how much of a noticeable difference anyone's gotten from an f22b(dohc non-vtec) head swap onto their f22ax block? I've come across a good amount of money to get the ball rolling and i dont know if i should go all out and drop the H or keep it cheap and simple and do a head swap..I was given a link to someone who did the head swap and total cost was like $600 whereas the H is gonna run me around 2k..any info anyone has will be greatly appreciated.

if the head swap is gona cost you 600 or anywhere near that, you might as well go ahead and get the whole engine for about a few bills more.
I just bought my f22b dohc for 730shipped.

the HP on thats like 170 isnt it? i did a thread about this decision a while back...i wasnt sure if i wanted to do the H or the F..if it was the 22b it was something that was dohc and was pushing almost 200 hp as well..im too tired to remember but i am the definition of ambivalent so itll take me a while to decide

yea, of course theres gains. wikked dyno'd his frank, but i fogot what the numbers were, but i also think that it was mustang dyno numbers, so they werent as accurate as a dyno jet.

i think it was somewhere around 140ishwhp.

i think that engine i was gonna do was the f20b..i know the ones in the 2000 Accord SiR-T are 200 hp stock...but i think the reason i wasnt go with it was cuz of the obd conversion...
