h22 oil pump better than h23 oil pump?

got a question in light of my recent main bearings problem. I have an h23 and i was wondering is there a difference in the h22's oil pump? on most vtec cars it flows more, pumps more whatever. and i was just curious cause if it does i just might put it on the h23 assuming that it would fit and all.
    What do you think?

I thought the only difference between an h22 and h23 oil system was the oil squirters that the h22 has. On h23 turbo apps, I have seen the squirters being added.

but, there could be other differences, I am not sure.

For about $100 you can get a TOGA unit so I wouldn't even try to find a good used or even a new H22 unit. I would assume they were the same even though your principle would dictate them being a little better.
My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!

I will check on that, silly me i didnt even think about after market parts.

edit: i found them for 199 at IPP even the f22 were not 100, where did you find them so cheap?
