I personally would just get a stock throttlebody and just leave it with an intake header and exhaust. Your sucking up too much air things are out of balanace try to get the stock one fromt hte place from where you got the motor.

My new H22 feels slower than all motor f22a6

The problem is that the TB is welded onto the intake mani. I'd have to get the whole intake mani w/ TB. I'm actually thinking about doing this in the future.
BAD NEWS....I was driving it on saturday and it cut off. I tried starting it and it just cranks really wierd. I pretty sure I shredded my timing belt but I since it was almost at idle when it happened, I didn't bend any valves. It jumped timing and I really don't have any time to mess with it right now because I'm getting married on Saturday. We'll have to see what exactly happened when I take the timing and valve covers off. I think it might be f22 crank pulley that we put on (might not have been tight enough) and maybe an automatic tensioner failure. I'll keep everyone updated as I figure it out.Former Ride:

At least there doesn't seem to be any major damage! Congrats on getting married. I hope everything goes well!
A good thing to try, especially if you aren't planning turbo, is to replace the IM with a Euro R piece. They're supposed to be pretty good in terms of gains. Then put a stock TB on. I mean, you're running a TB made for a turbocharged I6 on a naturally aspirated I4! It's cool in theory, but not in practice...

I took the valve cover off the other day and found a timing belt with the outer edge scraped off. It was extremely loose. I'm thinking that it was the auto tensioner that failed and the belt walked off a little causing it to scrape the outer edge off. I'll be replacing the timing belt and converting to a manual tensioner now. I should have done it while I had the motor out I'll keep you guys updated.Former Ride:

Got married on the 17th and have been on my honeymoon
The reason for the h22 being so slow was the dizzy cap. I noticed it had a very small crack in it. It wasn't big enough to make a difference at idle but when I got on it it was loosing power.
The reason that my timing belt lost tension was because of a bold that went to the water pump. It sheared off and caused the tensioner pulley to loosen the belt. Bought a new timing package with waterpump, timing and balance shaft belt, and new auto tensioner ( ). Installing tonight and hopefully, I'll get it running by the weekend. I'll let you guys know the results.Former Ride:
