what head would be better on a f22b DOHC block. h22 f20b or h23 vtec??

There are couple head swaps mentioned on this site even the one you just mentioned just gotta search around for them. But i heard people dropping the h22 head on an f22b block but dunno how that turned out.

I think they're all pretty much the same

F20B is probably made of better material... but good luck finding just a head!
