Well let me first off say this has been covered a million times, next time use the search button, but anyway check this page: http://www.superhonda.com/forum/printthread.php?t=63513
I happen to have this motor as well, and i'm overally impressed with it, but not enough to turbo it. But be different and boost it.

they are the same thing, kinda. A turbo is a device. Boost is something that adds pressure to the combustion chamber. Often times "boost or boosting" is often in reference to a turbo setup. Spend some time in the "Forced Induction" forum, you will have a lot of your questions answered.Honda-Tech Username: Lostcb7

ANyways... the SOHC's are rated at 130hp... but the 88mm stroke allows it to rev higher and also alot easier...
