    A6 Manifold

Hey whats up. I just swaped the a6 intake manifold into my 91 cb7 Lx, and all is good except for one thing, the "check engine" light. It doesn't always come on, but when I take it to high rpm's it pops on, or if I stay at low rpm's it pops on. Now it doesn't stay on, the light will go off when i turn the car off and stay off until i start driving again. Like if I turn on the car, the light is off, but when I start driving for a while it pops back on. Dont know why, but if somebody could help me out with it I would appreciate it. Thanks

          how to diagnose a CEL

          1. read that
          2. do what it says
          3. figure out your codes
          4. do the work, search and tinker - its probably a wire you missed or something silly

          5. if after searching your fingertips raw you can't find your solution here, in a haynes manual, or google, or anywhere else - then come back and ask us your exact problem - we'll be waiting

And by the way, your CEL doesnt stay on if your car is off - well, because your car is off -

good luck, i'm sure its something simple

p.s. hope you changed your IM gasket when you swapped - or chances are you'll loose compression
