H22 wiring question

on the h22 wiring in know that i have to "run" seperate wires that dont exist on my engine harness...correct me if i'm wrong: 3 VTEC wires, Knock Sensor wire, Intake Air wire? what colors are these? do i have to "run" them from the plug through the firewall to the ECU? i need help.

what is vss? what ground? do u know the colors of these wires? do i simply run them from the plugs on the motor to the ECU? little more detailed please!

check the SWAP INDEX thread in this section. I used only that thread over a year ago to do my first swap, so i KNOW that the information is there.
