H22 Mounting Prob????

Ok I have stuffed My motor in and all seems to line up( mount wise) But the front mount rubs the block and the power steering bracket wiil affect the hood closing, and I know from where i am at now the motor needs to be leveled off (front down) So my question is this as far as I know the rear mount bracket (on the block) is the same right??? BTW I am using a modified pass. side mount.

One more question is the valve cover level or is there a slight tip to it?????

My valve cover is level, and there were no problems with hood clearance...

Why are you using a modified passenger side mount? As far as I can recall, no modification should be necessary...

Also, are you using the H22 tranny? My tranny mount needed to be altered. I hear that some don't... I'm thinking that could possibly cause things to not fit straight.

The rear mount bracket is the same, Have you bolted the bracket to the rear mount yet? You should have no issues. It's like putting an F22 in there, It's practicly ment to be there.
