has anyone here ever bought an engine from Osakajdmmotors.com before, and does anyone here know if the H23A dohc vtec(jdm 99 accord) not to be confused w/H23A1 nonvtec engine will fit into a 92 accord and if it's a OBD1 or 2?

I'll run through it quick for you.
1) Osaka is total crap. They sell broken engines to people, that's how they sell so cheap. Email them and ask about their lousy reputation and see what kind of response you get. Also, search on www.hondahookup.com , www.honda-tech.com , and any other major Honda board for them. You'll get all the proof you need...
2)The H23 Vtec will fit.
3) Anything 1996 or newer is OBD2... and believe me, it's a bitch to work with.
