145 is the correct number, and your header should bolt up fine. You will also need the P0A ecu (which is 94-95 Accord EX ecu) it is recommended that you do a tune up on the motor before you drop it in (saves on labor), replace water pump, timing belt, rear main seal, valve cover gasket, etc. Maybe even motor mounts if they need to be done.'93 Bordeaux Red Pearl LX 5MT
Prev CBs:
-'93 BRP LX 4AT
-'92 AGP LX 5MT
-'93 AGP EX 4AT
10yrs after my first cb, I'm still driving one!

the f22b1 has a different header, you will need to get one for that engine. the downpipe on it will be about a foot short to the cat so you will need to weld a pipe on there and use part of the old downpipe off your stock motor on the end to connect to the cat. use your accord driver side mount and shave off a bit on there for clearance with the timing belt. you will only use 3 bolts to mount that bracket to the engine. acclude91 has a great write up on the swap.\
good luck~ http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=26733
