Will all H series motors fit into a 92 accord? I know the H22a will fit but i was wondering if the h23 would also fit.

certainly will.
many members here have the h23 in their accord...
as for simple fitment, I'm not sure. but I know the H22 drops right in, no customization of mounts necessary -

i got a H23 i used my stock mounts, tranny, axles, wiring harness and header
