Rover was BMW at one point, and then Honda helped rover out and gave them designs, and then Rover sold out to BMW, which BMW needed rover to survive, and with Rover they made a Land Rover 4wd dresign for the SUV line up

i thought rover wasn't the same as land rover.....land rover had always been around forever, and rover had been around for a while back too. and bmw now only provides the 4.4 engine for the range rover, which ford pays bmw for.

you can't get rover's here, least not in canada...i saw one a few months ago, but it had diplomat plates on it so it was brought over

well possibly, but from what ive head, thats how it was, that BMW made a SUV line up for Rover in case got the name Land Rover...so iono..i could of been mistaken by they combined the two together or something.
