F20A swap is complete and it runs lol

Well finally after 2 weeks it is in and done. Along with a 5 speed swap. Would have been done sooner but work is a bitch sometimes. Idles around 7-800, and one code for the whole swap. Seeings this is my first one, I am very happy. Its a code 9 TDC sensor. Only thing I can think it is, that we had to use the connector off the JDM harness for the distributor and wire it to the USDM one, and there were 2 or 3 wires left over that were not used. So now if anyone can tell me how I can fix that it would be great.
