f22b1 swap starting problem

I put an f22b1 engine in my 91 accord, when I try to start it the starter is not turning the flywheel. You can hear the starter spining but it doesn't turn the engine. I need to check the solenoid but there was nothing wrong with it before. what else could it be???

Sounds like the starters bendix isn't engaging, Remove the starter and test it on the ground with jumper cables to see if the bendix engages. Make sure you step on the starter because it will jump around.
