How do I keep the ac after H22a swap?

This topic has been discuss before but not enough detail. Can some one please help me. It seems like the hoses are too short, any one with pic would help a great deal . I'm new here, I will be posting pics of the car soon after I make it the way I want it to be .

Anyone with any suggestion are highly appreciated .

I used the F22 bracket and compressor. Never even broke open the system, so I didn't have to recharge it (I'm still running R12 in the system). Everything bolted right up and I didn't have any problems with the hoses...

You'll need custom lines to use the h22 compressor (I learned that the hard way). Personally, I'm going back to the F22 compressor... just taking it all off my DX when I put the turbo on

The AC pulley spins freely when the unit is off, so the only power loss comes from that extra 55-80lbs (I've heard mixed stories on the weight) and moving that extra bit of belt.

No AC IS kinda annoying... especially when your girl gets tired of driving her Civic everywhere because she can't handle not having AC in mid July... personal experience there

Yeah, for now... she's starting to bitch about it. she offered to pay part of the installation cost, but I know I can do it myself... I just need to DO it!

                  thats how i am.
i broke my power steering line when my front motor mount broke and i havent fixed it yet. all i have to do is get a pipe flare and put it back together.

women bitch regardless. my ex loved my car but did not get the concept that i have to work on it too.

All I did was take off the H22 compressor and bolt up the F22 compressor and it worked perfectly. I didn't disconnect any lines going to the F22 compressor.
In Europe Honda released the Honda Accord with a H22 motor, it was called the Honda Accord Type R .

Thank you everyone for your help, no ac is very annoying. The engine is in with the h22 compressor, hopefully the mechanic doesnt charge me more to switch the compressor (most mechanic here in nyc are crooked). If i have a garage or space i would do it myself.

Special thank to PRIMOCB7 whom i contacted via e:mail and he help me witht he quickness. Thanks man
