yea man, espescially if you plan to go the turbo route. the sleeves are very strong and boost friendly. plus it fairly low mileage.

but you better hurry up there are only 5 seconds left!

nah man, its just as straight foreward as an H22 swap. the only major issue would be converting to OBD1.

there are other motors that i would personally prefer to swap over the F23, but you cant really beat that price. so it comes down to what you want and what you can afford.

I would get it if i were you. notice how they capped everything off too. seems like it would be a nice engine.

Whoa wait...all this bidding and not one person here said one thing.

You car is an OBD I vs that motor which is an OBD II.

Its a straight forward swap yes. And it would drop in would no problem.

But since the Cb7 is an OBD I car you would have to wire that motor to run of the cars electronic system. Id say wire the car up for an OBD II motor but I've yet to run into anyone whos running OBD II on any vehicle that was built before 96 (OBD II came out on some vehicles like my truck in 1995).

Oh and in case if your wondering what OBD stands for

                      On Board Diagnostics.

i dont know man, they arent including the harness? i would much rather shell out a couple hundred more for an H23A1/F22B dual cam.

i havent bought the motor yet befor i did that i wanted to know what i needed to do it like what ecu and if my wire harness would work if i dont need the ecu that came with this motor i dont want to wast money on it and get the wrong ecu. what would be the right ecu for this motor to work in my car? i know my car is obd I. i mainly wanted to know what i need to make this swap work in my car and any extra step ill need to take to make it work in my car.
