From Code 22 to Code 1 and 21

Well my H22 swap was throwing code 22, we checked the EGR vacuum and now it throws code 1 and 21. The car is running so rich that you can see the smoke and smell that it is fuel burning. I have already tried to check the wiring, replaced the ECU, and replaced the Vtec pressure switch and it still runs rich. So please help me out any advice is apreciated.
In Europe Honda released the Honda Accord with a H22 motor, it was called the Honda Accord Type R .

Answer to all the Honda Codes in the World

If you check your wiring and vacuum and it is still messed up, I took it to Honda and my O2 sensor wiring was messed up and when I purchased my motor it didn't come with a map sensor so we used the Accord map sensor. All I need to find is a Prelude map sensor and I believe my problems will be over. But just like any answer I was given, I won't get my hopes up.
