I love my K20A2 in my RSX. When the motor is dead in my accord I'll have to make a choice on which motor to put into it. The newer accords have the K24a4 in them. I was wondering if anyone has tried to swap a K-series motor in yet? I was think the K24a2 thats in the TSX. Any thoughts? I know you can get the K24A2 motor for $2K. Get the K20A2 tranny for $800 and you will have to get K-pro for the ECU.

Why wait for Hasport?
You know, if anyone was really serious about swapping a K-series into a CB right this moment, they can do it without the Hasport mounts. Any good shop can fabricate custom mounts. Sure hasport is a well known company for the engineering etc. in their custom mounts, but if u got the $$$ u can have any good race shop fabricate custom mounts for u. The shop where I took my car to get the H in was doing a Sr20det into a old Datsun 510.....very custom and nasty indeed. U seen the new superstreet magazine? Look how crazy that Miata is.... A miata with s2k v-tec power. If I owned that car I would debadge the mazda emblems and throw some red "H"s for shits and giggles.
When these mounts come out, i bet they are gonna be pricey anyways until the K-series swap is semi played out and common for tuners....might as well go custom and at least u can make them as solid or as flexible as you want....
And another case of 94-97 Accord love. THe tuner market shuns our bodystyle coz it's "old" and un-sporty looking compared to the CD chassis. Tuners likes the CD chassis the best because it's the only j-spec accord body we got here stateside that has lots of aftermarket support.
We'll see if Hasport really is going to make a kit for our cars and if they don't, someone needs to just buy the 4 mounts and just create or modify the driverside mount.
