f22b1 with h22 head question?

can any one tell me what i need to do to the block in order to fit an h22 head on the f22 block?

i read your thread but which oil return do i need to seal if im gonna use the sohc vtec block f22b1, and wat is the h22 timing gear, and why do i need to swap the h22 water pump gear and can i use the a6 intake mani and dizzy? and for the water hard pipe wat mods did u have to do and can i use the h23 water hard pipe? and

sorry for all the question but i need to know because when i do this i dont want 2 get stuck you know
