    Which is the proper seal/gasket?

    Ok guys, im doing parts shopping for my F22B swap.

    I know I gotta get 2 Camshaft Seals...problem is, when I look the parts up with AutoZone and Kragen, I get 2 very different looking things...

    Do I need 2 of these:


    or 2 of these:

    1999 Camaro Z28 M6...TSP True Dual Exhaust, Pacesetter Long Tube headers, MTI Lid, FRA, EGR Pipe mod, Smooth Bellows, TB Bypass, hurst shifter, UMI Short Shifter Handle, LS6 clutch :eek2:

      The rear main seal is bigger like 6-5inches, and the front main seal is like 3.5-4inches across and is metal with plastic.

      This is a cam seal that i installed on my h22 instead of the crappy plastic oem one.. it does on the same side as the distributor but on the upper cam, does that make sense?
