Aightchyall. I ordered me dis hoss to try to put in my cb9 wagoneer. A few thangs I got on my mind as to make this wizzerk...lol I'll stop now.
OBD II to OBD I conversion, and other things.
- I know I gotta extend my o2 sensor so it goes to the downpipe bung instead of the front of the mani. H22 exhaust mani's don't have one on the front like my LX does.
- I gotta change the upper intake mani to the OBD I H23/H22 version.
- Gotta change the bracket on the timing side. I'm not exactly sure which one I need tho some said H23 H22 92-96. Gonna have to hit up my JY
- Gotta wire in Vtakks, 2 (1 for ground) for the pressure sensor and 1 for the actual Vtec actuator.
I want to know a couple of things. Like if its a good idea to replace all the gaskets and seals on it, and also if removing the balance belt is a good idea.
And also the auto tensioner. I know its gonna be a fresh one cause its a very good looking fresh engine, but should I still do a manual tensioner conversion on it?
