Very cool man. Tho that thread is so old the pics dnt show anymore but I could only imagine. Ive heard of this car just havent seen the pics of it.

I plan to keep the 350 pretty much stock to save on reliability.

Firgured the 5spd trans would be more fun than auto and Im picking 5spd over 6spd since 6spds are far more expensive.

When it was up for sale on eBay a really long time ago I saved the pics. They are somewhere in one of several thousands of files I have. I may run across them soon.

Come to think of it I think it was around the time I got my drivers license when that car was up for sale on eBay although I have heard from members on here that is was listed on eBay numerous times.

There are a couple ways to go about, I would build a complete custom frame like mini truckers do. Toyota pickup front clip and a rear four link. Then cutout the accord front end firewall and floor. Set the accord body over the frame and build new floor and firewall. This would be completely drivable when done.

Other way is to cut front out and change to strut setup to make a bit more room. Build new firewall. Build rear 4 link into unibody and make new rear floor.

I've seen 2 V8 powered, RWD-converted CB7s so far, and there's a RWD RB25DET conversion in progress right now (almostJDM)

It would be cool if you could manage to get it in, everything going straight, and the body reinforced to be strong enough to handle it (don't forget, the CB chassis was never intended for RWD, so it wasn't built for the twisting that a rear-drive setup would introduce.)

Definitely worth a shot, if you think you can pull it off... but be sure to do LOTS of planning. No use hacking apart 2 or 3 cars (you might need a third car for a more CB7-compatible rear suspension setup...) only to realize you can't figure out how to complete the project.

Just waiting on weather to warm up a bit. Between weather and time. I had a job oppertunity come my way that I couldnt pass up so im also switching career paths currently too. But I now will have more money to fund this project soon so thats a plus. And it appears I may get this house up for rent here soon too. Just cant do it all at once

Well finally got both cars to my garage. Still getting moved. Havent even gotten my tools there yet. But both cars are comming apart very soon. Between the move. And still traveling for work progress is slow :/ thanks for looking guys
