Swap chronicles: Transmission, gear swap, LSD, clutch and flywheel
The m2s4 h23 transmission is fine and has been performing well since early this year. But I haven't driven it since my amputation. A few friends that have driven it, like the car even more since the upgrade. The m2y4 h22 is just a giant paper weight.
I've just done a similar swap. My transmission is M2V5 from Australian DM Prelude VTI-R (H22A)
All our preludes come with 4.026 Final drive so I Swapped it out with a 4.266 FD from USDM M2F4 prelude - Straight swap.
I then Swapped out the 5th gear with a USDM F22 Prelude M2L5. The M2L5 (0.710) countershaft 5th gear was about 3mm too big so brought it along with the original M2V5 5th gear to a machinist to have it machined to match the original.
As for the Oil notches I added these with an angle grinder and filed the sharp edges, I doubt there will be any balancing issues.
I did take dimension measurements of the gears for reference but will have to look for the scrap of paper where I wrote it. Will update this post if I find it.
Anyway it's all back together now and turns + goes through the gears smoothly by hand. Will be installing into my F22A6 CB7 in the coming weeks, I'll let you know how it goes.

Thanks to NTYPE we have a little more data to add to this thread.
Here are the measurements for reference: (I've gone by the format shown in your swap chronicles thread) Some are missing like the diameters but the most important ones are there and the rest can be calculated.
