    H22 Swap CD5 CB7

Which car would be easier to put an H22 into. It seems like a CD5 would be easier given if it had a F22 VTEC. I would imagine the wiring harness would need little to no modifications since the stock has the VTEC wired up and I could be wrong but the later models are OBD2(?). What are your thoughts?

Running a wire or 4 really isn't terribly difficult...
The proper answer to "which is easier" type questions is often "both of them are too hard for you."

Sadly that is true, but that's why I am here.

Suggesting that you're looking for the easy way out is usually not the best way to get help. People will assume that once they've taken the time to give you the information you need, you'll give up... resulting in them wasting their time.

The procedure for swapping an H22 into a CB can be found in this section, in pretty extensive detail. The H22 swap into a CD can be found in similar detail on CD5tuner.com.
I suggest you read through both. Compare the details, and decide for yourself which is going to be more difficult. Then, when you've decided which you'd rather do (if at all), ask legitimate informed questions on the appropriate forum.
