dizzz problem f22. need new or repllacement or swap

ok I've been throwing codes for a bad internal coil on the dizzy in my 90 accord. I have a dizzy off my h22a4 which im thinking is external coil.( correct me if im wrong.) I just need a new dizzy for my f22. I don't want to buy new and there are a lot of Hondas at the pik n pull here.
I have searched a lot and its hard to find specific things about putting the h22a4 dizzy on my 90 accord motor.
before I buy one used, is there a way to see if it performs correctly?

If anyone were to search for distributor issues previous to me typing the word in this sentence this thread would not be included in the search results. You've typed "dizzz" and "dizzy" and most people don't search for those terms.

Your H22A4 distributor will not work on your F22A engine. The internal coil itself could be swapped out, or you can go pull an internal coil from a junkyard Accord if they have a '90-'91.
