hey is there anyone who could give me a step by step diy on swaping a stock f22 for another f22 i dont know anything about taking them out or anything

Well, it depends on which f22 you are dropping in, and what year your car is. If your car is a 90-93 then any of the f22a series whould be just a straight up drop in. A f22b2 will require some very minor modifications. and a f22b1 would require some extra wiring.
