to much fuel on the h22 swap

i just did the h22 swap i was having problems with the vacum lines but i think i fixed that problem. all i can smell is gas the motor is getting to much fuel. i have a h22 IM but its ported out and it has no butterfly stacks. im using a f22 fuel rail and injectors, is this a problem. like i said all i smell is fuel coming out of the tail pipe what could this problem be? also when i give is gas is sputters alittle and then picks up and goes.

You haven't said which ECU you're running. The F22A injectors are too small for anything other than idling and driving below VTEC. To be perfectly technical, even then they're too small for what the ECU is looking for, but you're not going to hurt anything. Again, BELOW VTEC.

Have you checked/replaced your fuel filter? I know you're saying it's running rich but some of the smell could be a leak there.

Get it running right using the P13 BEFORE you try to use any "tuned for the motor" ECU. That way, once you have the new ECU tuned, you know that any problems you have are related to the ECU and can tune accordingly.

I would swap out the injectors for the proper H22 injectors and get the proper fuel pressure regulator. The fuel rail is the same between the H and F motors (same part number), but the injectors and regulators are different. Believe it or not, the F22 runs a slightly higher fuel pressure than the H22.

The P13 is for 345cc injectors

Start by replacing the 240cc injectors for the correct 92-95 H22A1 345cc injectors. They will work with the stock Accord resistor box setup.

Once you have replaced the injectors go from there.

This could also be a leak near the fuel tank...take a look for any wet spots around the tank and lines.

x2 on getting your swap running properly before tuning it with a chipped ECU.

Yes....the injector dead times from the ECU are for 345cc injectors. Therefore your engine is probably getting 30% less fuel with the 240cc injectors. That could definitely cause some sputtering under throttle/load.

I'm not quite sure why you are smelling gas at the tail pipe. Unless your timing is off or valves are out of adjustment.

The 4th port is for traction control that was offered on some preludes. It will work perfectly fine but will throw a CEL code 36 for not having the traction control system hooked up. Do you have any other CELs?

Not sure but it shouldn't matter.
